I had a lot of ups and downs from October 2003 until April, 2004, when I got my huge breakthrough.

With regard to breakouts on the cheeks; that's hard to say....I have had breakouts that I knew for certain were attributable to liverstones, and it seemed as though I broke out in places that were supposidly attributable to a congested bowel and visa versa......

Personally, I think it's best to clear both liver and bowel in order to be totally free of acne, and to take care of silver mercury Amalgams also.

Kidney cleansing also helps.
