how long did you take PB shakes for prior to your colonic? and how severe would you say your Acne was before you started?

for most people who turn to alternative cures nothing in the medical community has come up with satisfactory results. but it is sad that most people (including me) have exacerbated all technological options to come to this conclusion. however, more and more, i have realized that people are becoming skeptical of the medical community. they buy supplements and try to avoid any type of medication, even Tylenol. with the upcoming FDA regulation of supplements there will be an outpouring of rage over how little control we have over our own health. i know that in Europe this has already been in effect. its sad that big companies are only concerned about their profit margins.
