Hi there, I'm really glad to hear you've got your skin under control. I would love to have at least one colonic too but will have to save up.

I agree with you completely about telling other people about this alternative way of handling acne. Mention 'liver flushes' to someone and they look at you as though you're daft. My mum already is concerned about me taking 'strange herbs' from this strange women in another country (i.e Julia's tinctures). I sometimes feel I have to justify this whole inner cleansing thing to other people cos I beleive it it wholeheartedly. I dislike any skeptical, patronising attitude of others who have no experience of it. I think the trick is to explain it VERY briefly to them and if they're interested they'll ask more.

My skin has been consistently good for about 3 weeks now, although I have a few spots at the mo. I don't mind a few though - it's the bad breakouts that I hate and I've not had one for a while. I'm on p&B shakes, clean diet and Chinese Bitters etc. I'm getting rid of mucoid plaque each day but havne't a clue how much is in there! I will be flushing my liver in a fortnight and can't wait :)
