I never get pimples, bumps, pustules etc. all over face but they are all over a section of my face. Sometimes chin and neck, sometimes right side or left side of face, sometimes only forehead. I have them sometimes on my upper thighs only and they itch real bad almost feeling like mosquito or bug bites but are not. So, usually they are concentrated in a certain section only. I can usually "feel an outbreak coming on" all of a sudden. I will be okay and then suddenly feel a little faint or just a little bad and then start itching immediatly. Soon after I can feel a bump. Sometimes the bump will stay under the skin and sometimes it surfaces and maybe small but most always it is like an open sore that smells like garlic and is sticky. It is not hormonal either (so the doctor says):)I know we are not supposed to pick but I have to pick. I pick in a certain way as to never scar my face and so far it has no scars but one on my chest that was pretty big and when I took a hot shower and scrubbed the scab fell off and left a hole! Not kidding a nice ugly size hole and I thought Oh well now this thing will fill with black heads probably and I just can't win! But so far it healed up but still you can see a white scar. I use tea tree oil also on my Acne bumps sometimes. If its just a few I will put it on with a q-tip swab and it dries up very quickly but the smell gets to my husband even though I love the smell. So I put it on when he's at work. I have seen tea tree oil for ten dollars or more but walmart supercenter here sells a bottle by the vitamin section for only under $5 dollars. It is an antiseptic, antimicrobial, and antifungal oil. It can be diluted with water or straight or even mixed with other essential oils. You can read about it by putting tea tree oil in the google search engine. Some people have used it in their mouths for a mouthwash to cure gum disease also.
