hi
im better now because i dont drink milk no cheese no coffe no alcohol no Sugar no bread the bread is really bad for Acne specialy white bread
for breakfast i prepare oat with water and some citric fruit later.
drink a lot of water and eat vegetables and sports not necesary every day but like 4 times at week its ok
but i think what more helped me was stop crying try to not be stressed dont think about that, dont hide from people go out with friends you know its amazing how some people dont care having Acne they live like if they wouldn't have acne
and is worst when you are sad or stressed because that makes worst the Acne so it dont stop at least you fell better i know is hard but if you try you'll be better
sleep a lot
dont use hair conditioner dont
some solar protectors are really bad for acne i discovered that for myself try to find one without mineral oil but anyway dont be exposed to the sun for more than 20 minutes
and dont hide your sexuality live it
thats all i think
