As Philly girl states, it depends on where you are. However, I have looked into spas that specialise in fasting and cleansing, which is the best way to start clearing your skin. If you are looking to travel to the states, I know of a few places, but if you're going to be over seas, then do a search for detox spas or fasting spas and you will come up with something. Hope this helps....
