Hi Somer - I just had my colonic, and therapist actually had pretty bad Acne herself which didnt fill me full fo confidence!

I would love to find a naturopath like yours, if anyone knows of any in the south of the UK let me know!

Anyway - Somer, I have been trying to find your Master-Cleanse journal as I am really interested in this now. Where abouts on here is it, can you send the link? Also - would this fast be ok to do whilst still working, as I can not take any time of work at all?

I am so keen to do this though.. you have inspired me!
