Well, i eat most things. As far as medication goes, i have tried topicals like clymedensin, fluocinonide topical solution, i started watching my head with baby shampoo. I have quit fast food, except subway. I also have tried, shampoo like nizeral 2%.
Thats all i have done. I am super scared of liver sflushing, bowl cleansing, givin myself enemas. I also masterbathe a lot, i tried to cut back, but its not helping. I also change my pillow case, thinking it might have an effect on my head. I also chagned my detergent from cheers to ALL since i heard its easy on skin. But ahts abou tit.
