Thanks a lot for the info. I'll look in to it. Yeah I get something similar, more like prickly heat than tingling. I know when it's coming put it that way!
It seems everyone has something that helps - I use Aloe vera juice - it had me almost clear for 2 years. In January this year it stopped working so I've gven it a few months break (nasty times). Back on it now though and it seems to be helping again - fingers crossed. Has anyone out there ever found that rosacia clears up in high mountain regions? Mine does every time, especially if it's sunny. Can't take much sun otherwise. Wonder why?
