Depends. If one makes up their mind to get all the goodies natural way, they find a way to do so.
Topic under discussion in this string wasnt that supplements are good or not. Someone proposed them as a cure to many problems, which they are not.

Read jjsav's post below. Internal cleansing is what corrects the problem.
