I absolutely love my shower filter. It is so great for the hair and skin.

I can't really recommend any creams or facials to help improve skin. Imho, internal cleansing and eating a pure diet are the only way to cure acne.

Plus you will receive other benefits such as increased energy, better digestion, and clearer thinking!
