that's interesting.
all i know is that i have had issues with anxiety. recently i took calcium and an electrolyte mixture and it brought me right out of it. i know i need mag too. but for whatever reason the calcium and mag together seems to have helped. maybe b/c when ones' digestion is messed up- nothing is well absorbed.
