Hi- so when you atke the oil in the capsules- you take them all separately? i too have the oil that i take by the spoon- but i need the capsules for work and such. i have been taking vit a and e lately and i have noticed that the dry skin is a little better.
i have these real dry heels and right thumb pad- strange huh? i hate that feeling though- it snags a bit on nylons and such.
there are a lot of people that also have the extra hair etc. i have read it has to do angain with the liver being unable to properly dispose of the estrogens.
