Aside from Leo Kiensen's, I also found this " Acne Free in 3 Days" of Chris Gibson. I find them amusing, smart; however I'm not much convinced.

I'm a medical student and an acne-sufferer as well. I understand that it really is our body, our hormonal imbalance, our sebum production culturing these acne-causing bacteria, etc., that keep these Acne break-outs. However, I'm not very convinced that it would be really that easy... a 3-day program to cure a lifelong dilemma of acne? In that case, it should have been published, advertised, and practiced by dermatologists. But I only see them here in the internet!

Is there anyone here who actually have done any of these programs? Does it really work?

My treatment for myself is I take doxycycline for 3months, stop for another 3months, and take the Antibiotic again. This one works! But it's tiring, costly, and MAY have little side-effects.
