You know what? I'm happy for you cait! I agree that Acne is often a symptom of a larger problem, but I would also venture to guess that every single person here who has suffered Acne has tried as many topical treatments as you or I. And wow, I would be completely thrilled if I found something as simple as proactive to keep my skin clear!

Of course there are other underlying problems going on, and I see cait posting on the Master-Cleanse forum so I know that she is attempting to make improvements from the inside as well. It took me many years to even realize that the solution to my problem could be found by cleansing and changing my dietary habits. Even now, I'm not seeing great results. However, I consider myself more educated than to rely soley on harmful Antibiotics or masking topicals. That doesn't mean that I won't still try... everyone is guilty of that, I am sure.

Myself, I've tried proactive and saw moderate results. I know for a fact that it gives fantastic results to many people, and for that I am glad. Different people get Acne for different reasons... I am sure that flushes don't work for everyone, as diet changes or Antibiotics or topical don't work for others. You can't blame a person for doing what the can to get rid of this disfiguring dilemma!
