Hi everybody,
I used to have acne, now what is left is oily skin and a few pimples with some facial redness.
I am trying to decide if Leo Kiesen's "Your last Acne solution" e-book can resolve my oily skin problem.
Unfortunately, all I can find on internet about this book is just blah blah, no log's of people that actually followed his regimen long enough (yes there are some logs but they stop at the second week and that's not really helping).
Can somebody tell if this book helped him/her get rid of oily skin COMPLETELY and HOW LONG did it take?
It would be most helpfull if you mention:
1. Your gender and at what age u started the regimen
(cause body biochemistry changes with age and gender) ?
2. what was your Acne condition right before you started? What type of acne, what degree, how oily your skin was?
3. what part of the book's advice u followed rigorously and did you combine it with treatments from other sources?
4. how long did it take till youre Acne disappeared completely ?
5. Is your skin still oily? If not, can you say it is 'normal/dry' type skin now. How many days does it take for your hair to get oily? If it's still oily is there a decrease of oilyness.
6. What do you do to maintain the results ? Are you vegetariean? Do you detoxify regularly? What suppliments are you currently taking? Do you still apply topical acne medications? Do you still apply oil production suppressors (like DHT inhibitors) or oil absorbing/mattifying gels/creams?
That would be of great help to evaluate the effectiveness of the method described in the book.
Thanks in advance for the input :)
