yeah accutane is bad!

that's kind of what screwed me up in the first place...

i don't go for colonics anymore....

i just exercise, eat right, and flush periodically...

i can see what you mean about sketchy colon therapists, you just have to do your research i guess.

i noticed a gradual improvement from the 2-5th cleanse and then i think after the fifth i just stopped breaking out.... i got one zit a few days ago for the first time, so i flushed today! guess you got to stick with it till you are all cleaned out.

you may want to take some liver rejuv herbs before you start flushing... i'm really not sure, maybe ask Andreas Moritz - he would know.
