I have not done ANY bowel cleansing. I just purchased an enema kit and it should arive by the end of the week (I couldn't find one at Wal-mart or Walgreens). After reading over that link you gave me, It reinforced what I always believed, there is something wrong with my digestive process but I was never sure what it was. After reading about how old processed food can just sit in your colon, it made sense since I always ate very poorly as a child (I would eat about 2 hamburgers and lots of fast-food daily. Some days I would consume 6-8 burgers!!!). I am now confident that cleaning my colon will help my situation very much.

I don't have any fillings, but I had braces when I was a kid and currently have a metal bar in my mouth, but I am not sure if it is silver/amalgam. I think I should get that removed though.

I was a little confused by this. So an enema will only go how far into the colon versus a colonic (using this diagram http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc.asp?doc=21692455)? Why does a colonic go further? I may be misinformed but I thought both simply inserted fluid into the colon and the laws of physics did the rest?

A question about the supplements:
l-glutamine - I took this a month ago, but stopped because it was making my Acne terrible. I was using the powder form. Any ideas?

I will go buy some MSM (not even sure what it is for) and Aloe Vera on Tuesday and take it.
