Impressive Post Manika,

I had bad cystic Acne in my late teens and early twenties. I took Antibiotics for about 1.5 years and then went to accutane. I believe these helped contribute to some major health problems that I began to have. My liver got messed up real bad and I began having severe fatigue and weight loss. I would not advise either for the treatment of acne.

I have been regaining my health by doing live flushing, zapping, and detox like yourself. I, like yourself believe, the liver is the key to curing acne. If people are looking for some magic bullet pill that will cure Acne they are looking for the wrong thing. It may work in the short term but in the long-term it probably will damage their health.

I did want to ask you about the malic acid? Are you taking this to help with your flushes? Are you getting it from Julia Chang?

Also would you mind going into more detail about the bentonit/cider and papaya masks. I would like to try these but where did you get the information (instructions)?

One thing I would like to mention is that the Miracle II soap is wonderful for Acne as well. It is pretty cheap to.
