hi dave,

i fast for 24 hours on just apple juice or good kidney drinks then at 6pm and 8pm i have a big glass of h2o w/1 tbs of Epsom Salts . at 10pm i do the standard 1/2 cup olive oil w/1/2 cup grapefruit juice. then i go to bed propped up on my back. at 6 and 8am i repeat the epsom salt/h2o drink. i think the only thing i may do a bit different then what is mentioned in Hulda Clark s books is drink a lot of fluids, otherwise the Epsom Salts dehydrate me. lastly, i take malic acid or stone crushing herbs daily for a couple weeks b4 the cleanse.
