Thanks for your post Liss. It sounds like you havebeen thought a lot. I think you're right, it is very hard to get to 22 and never had had a skin problem and then BAM!! Just covereed in zits.

I think I kind of disagree with you on the skincare routine.. I think aloe vera is great for my skin. it makes it feel sso soft and smooth the next day... maybe I might need another mild type of cleanser though, although my skin is not really oily. Its dry more than oily...

I do need a mental balance though.... its amazing you have come so far just through the power of positive thinking :)
