My opinion: birth control pills could kill your intestinal beneficial flora and it does not participate in the production of some B-complex vitamins any more. Also, you may lack mineral silicon. You may benefit from taking Brewers Yeast (available in drugstores), drinking shave grass teas and oats brew. Repeat bowel cleansing and liver flush. Listen to some relaxation tapes and soothe your nerves, there's too much anxiety about the issue. To restore the pH balance of the skin, rinse it with urine then follow with distilled water. Use the mixture of raw honey and apple cider vinear as a cleansing facial. Best, Alandra
