Hi Alice,

Just one more tip. This one worked for me, though by now, i think we all realize we're all a little different. I stopped drinking coffee...even just one cup a day. I drink about 2 -3cups of green tea daily instead. That seems to have worked for my monthly cysts that reoccur...been free for about 5 months...and i can't even believe it was that simple. I take a little flax seed, and saw plamento, but mainly for pms. Other then that, my daily routine has stayed the same. My face has been pretty nice, even during the stress of moving across country and job hunting....We're all human, so slipping in a little "sugar" and other bad stuff happens, just pick up and keep doing whatever is working for you. I wish you luck, nad don't give up!
