ITs funny, when I read your message I had my head propped in my hands - oops!

Unfortunatley I have tried vinegar, lemn, apple cider vinegar - all as topicals on my face and my skin is very sensitive and can not tolerate them.

I dont think it is an allergy which is causing it - I have other symptons too which suggest it is hormaonal imbalance or something (ie, lank greasy hair, dry but oily skin..).

I just dont understand what I am doing wrong. I forgot to add that I also take Udo's oil so I knwo I am getting enough EFA's
