You probably oughta check out the Bowel Cleanse FAQ s right here at Curezone for clarification about the various methods used for bowel cleansing. For me, bowel and Liver Cleansing have completely cured my acne; and I literally tried everything but Accutane (too scared of the side effects), and that includes herbal, topical, (LITERALLY)(etc....

In any event, a colema board is much better/stronger than an enema. Enemas only cleanse the lower bowel. colonics are fantastic, but who can afford them long-term? Colema board is a bit in between the two, but does seem to cleanse the entire colon.

I have read over and over and over that getting a Colema is one of the best investments a person can make for their health, and after getting colonics, I believe it.

You can always google "colema" for more details. I cannot explain exactly how it works because I don't have mine yet! Sorry! A video is coming with mine and I look forward to getting it; I should get it anytime now as it was sent out last Wednesday.

A good friend of mine said it was a lifesaver for her when she couldn't get colonics done.
