HI;

I always have periods where I feel really depressed in life. The main factor is my skin. I have lots of Acne scars and pigmentation that seems to last forever. I had to take accutane to stop the Acne (which it did), but now my skin is so fragile, and my skin does not heal well.

I have done one liver flush, and will continur HOPING to improve the situation. It is hard to follow a good lifestyle at 18. I do amazingly well though with my diet. It's just my skin. It has held me back so much in life.

Is there anything that can lift my spirits when getting depressed? And can my skin return to its original condition (BEFORE taking accutane)?
