and im gonna buy all those vitmans but how much dosage do i need dont describe in mg r watever cuz im a newb at all this just say 2 pills of this 1 pill of this lol and thanks for always answering my questions!! ur the best.. and im only 17 soo i dont want to overload on vitmans
