Does just adding water to your diet really have effects on your skin? currently i drink no water(i know thats so bad),i just really dont like it at all. Seriously though,i havent and dont now drink any water,maybe 6 to 7 glasses a year(thats the truth). How does water effect your skin and acne(if that's what i even have)Thanks :0)
