aturnbull is correct on preventing acne. That is what your first priority should be.

You can also help by taking and using a Colloidal Silver .

Acne is bacterial in nature. Why Antibiotics don't work, is because we have over used them, and now a lot of conditions are resistant to traditional Antibiotics .
