Doh! well your name was just a number before ;-) I'm going to catch alot of flak for saying that you shouldn't worry about your diet but I honestly believe that its your skin and thats where you have to treat it. BTW He recommends using the Walnut scrub he means the Apricot Scrub by St. Ives it contains walnut husks.
