I did have more energy during and after my MC, but no solids.

I'm still unsure about passing the ropes at all. I know you said that your stomach flattened because all the ropes were gone, but I wonder if it may have been because of the overall cleansing and not just the ropes. Have you noticed anything different about your digestive process since you passed the ropes? E.g., faster, easier, etc. ?
