No, I had never done an Master-Cleanse before that - so I don't know the benefits of doing the Master-Cleanse the way Stanley outlined. I'm sure people derive great benefit from his way too, absolutely! I love the idea of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but, it's just one of those things that I can't do, unfortunately! It's weird how people react to certain things. (I'm fine with the Epsom Salts , OO/GF drink and the B&P's - no problem at all! But the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is impossible for me)
