I am inspired once again with your story. I discovered when I came off the Master-Cleanse I only went out of control when I didn't cleanse again. I think the key, for me, is to cleanse every season. I don't know if 30 days is necessary each time, but you can only measure that. Although, I have been vegan since my last cleanse, I would still over eat. But that really only started about 4 months after my first cleanse. I went twenty days my first mc and it really gave me will power. I didn't even want to eat junk. I'm sure you will feel that way too.

Can I ask you about you husband? Has he noticed your weightloss?
