Once you quit: Regaining
your health
http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=406&i=31 My best friend died of alcoholism last
week. She struggled so hard to beat it and AA did help her at times but her
failing health caused her so much pain that she would be drawn in and out of
hospitals and treatment centers. She finally gave up the ghost and she died. I
miss her so much.....but years ago I had to get away from her to save my
sanity and my life. I had never known an alcoholic before I met her and she
was beautiful.
Mrs.Baxter what
is your history?
http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=422&i=17 I purchased Dr. Clark's book around April
2002; lt sat on my book shelf for many months. One day, I started to research
parasites on the internet and Curzone came up. After spending only a few
minutes reading over the forums, I became panicky. I grabbed Dr. Clark's book
off the shelf and read the entire book in one sitting. The feelings that were
running through me that evening are too complicated to explain. I was afraid
and panicky, that part is easy. Everything in her book just rang true to my
heart...

Regarding Infections
http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=422&i=158 Along with all our protocols
here at Curezone, focusing on your diet can greatly enhance the immune system.
Whether microorganisms, usually viral or bacterial, cause infections depends
on the condition of the immune system which is make up of the lymph nodes,
thymus gland, bone marrow, spleen, tonsils, appendix and white blood cells.
Swollen lymph nodes, night sweats and fevers of unknown origin may indicate a
hidden infection and your natural Dr. should be consulted.
Although genetics and stress play a role , diet has a great influence on the
strength of the immune system.
Teflon Poisoning
http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=422&i=5 I threw out my iron the other day and bought a
new one. It had a coating on it that seemed to give off chemical fumes. Every
time I ironed our clothes I would have aweful headaches and nausea. It would
take me a few days to recover. It took me a while to realize that it was the
iron. I remembered hearing something about teflon being bad for you and ...
Ridged nails, not sure who to ask http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=422&i=58 Ridged fingernails can be indicative of
several possible things, ranging from minor vitamin deficiencies to acute
fibromyalgia, or fungus.
Nail ridges are indicative of a zinc deficiency. It's best to take calcium,
magnesium and zinc combination for the best absorption possible. Then add one
extra zinc tablet per day. Also, I have added a vegetable that is rich in zinc
at the end of my post.
Oregano Oil, Grapefruit
Seed Extract, Ginger, Garlic
http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=422&i=160
These are my favorite when
faced with an infection. Oregano, also called Wild Marjoram and Mexican wild
Sage has a peppery flavor with a hint of sage and thyme. Chinese doctors have
used oregano for centuries to treat fever, vomiting, diarrhea and skin
problems. It helps to loosen and remove mucus....
Brown Recluse Spider Bite Foto Report http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=430&i=13 On or about Wednesday, July 24, 1996 I was
unknowingly bitten by a brown recluse spider. The bite was on the top of my
left elbow. For the first couple of days, I thought it was a big mosquito
bite. The bite was about the size of a dime, very circular and red. It looked
like a little volcano with a red outer ring and a small center island of red.
The bite was very itchy and I am sure I scratched at it a little. Soon the
sore was getting worse. A red inflammation developed surrounding the bite. The
bite itself was getting bigger and looking uglier. On Sunday morning some skin
in the sore started turning black (necrosis). This was no ordinary mosquito
bite, the pain was becoming worse.
