Hi,
I learned to have NLE --- near life experiences --- via placing an air ionizor on my body in various locations, such as the navel for a prebirth experience. (close eyes to avoid ozone damage or arcing) I use either a 3 watt ionizor from road pro or a 6 watt ionizor from road pro. The first time I used it on other than my finger tips (no you do not get shocked because you do not touch the emitters) I tasted the mercury from my fillings that I had had removed 13 years earlier. This technique blasted the stuff out. Because of this blasting effect you need to take some immune boosters. I recommend immutol and bioimmune in combination, they are from different companies. I also recommend atak from another company because it balances and rebuilds the immune system.
