I had the soreness too, and I've had it a few times doing liver flushes, so you're not alone. I understood that it was either tonxins coming out (which wouldn't apply to you since you aren't doing the lemonade yet) or just from so many loose bowel movements - it can take a toll on you. Also, I don't know what kind of tea you're drinking, but I've heard a few people say that ones with senna can be mildly irritating.

You've touched on one thing I love about these boards -the anonymity factor! I can't think of one person in real life that I would talk about sore anuses (is that the plural? heh) and butt pee with - not even my husband. I showed him some liver stones that I got out after a flush and he almost fainted! Hahah. I laugh every time I think of it.
