Let's see what experiences the others have had. Any more input anyone? I think it varies from person to person. I am new to this also.
Personally speaking, the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) did it's magic with in 1 hour for me. Others have said it took a little longer, but basically yes - when it was done, it was done. I only had 1 BM per day after that. But I did not use lax teas as I had no problems in helping the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) along.
So if you start on a Saturday when you don't teach (I assume) and then see how things go on Saturday and Sunday, you might get an idea of what your rhythm is.
