Does this mean that once I get into the actual fast, the bowel movements are pretty predictable and controled? If I get the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) overwith before I leave the house then the rest of the day should be pretty normal? Perhaps more frequent but not so urgent that I would have problems performing as a classroom teacher on a tight schedule?
