Floradix and Floravit are a good liquid iron supplements, if indeed your problem is iron deficiency. I know of several people who were able to bring up their iron count with these products. But do NOT take Floradix if you have a candida problem. It will make you feel worse, because the base of Floradix is yeast, and yeast is a no no for people with candida. That is why the company is now also selling Floravit, a yeast free iron supplement.
