It was "anderson erikson" normal egg nog, with 12 grams of fat per 1/2 cup, the highest fat content of all of the egg nogs that I saw at the grocery store.

The next day, I had southern comfort egg nog (no alcohol in it, 9 grams of fat per 1/2 cup), and a second southern comfort egg nog (no alcohol, vanilla flavor - super delicous!!) later that day. No results shown from southern comfort varieties.

No Epsom Salts - not a big fan because ever since I did use Epsom Salts a couple months ago, whenever I eat anything with a lot of fat I feel Gallstones move from the right front of my body, all around my back, to the gallbladder... like they say in "happy gilmore" movie, "its a circle happy, all good things." But it is annoying to feel this, and even when eating normal fruits and vegetables, sometimes randomly I feel Gallstones moving out of my liver, has anybody felt this happen??
