I started the Hulda Clark cleanse yesterday as per her book. But I was already in the bathroom by 9:15 pm. I made 4 trips there before I ever drank the olive oil grapefriut drink at 10:00 pm. All that came out was fluid. 1st brown then it became green. Then this morn all I have is a kind of yellow fluid. It's now 11:17 am here.
I would like to try this again in a few wk's. So would need to know what else to do. Im thinking the Epsom Salts are just to strong for me. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Connie
