Well I spoke too soon, because not too long after my first post, I visited the bathroom a couple more times, and found that the egg nog liver purge was way more effective that I first theorized, as I got rid of about 40 more stones, a total of 70? or so... And yes, I thought about this before I did it, thinking egg nog has a lot of fat in it, about 12grams per 1/2 cup, nothing compared to olive oil at about 14grams per tablespoon, I assumed egg nog would do an excellent liver/gallbladder purge, and a tasty purge drink that I think I will repeat before I retire tonight. I know most vegetarians/vegans will not want to do this, as I am usually a vegan, but this purge is very effective. :)
