Well here is a new recipe...
One quart egg nog. Thats it. I believe it is better to lie on your right side after doing any liver/galbladder drink, as I always do. It did a wonderful flush for me, getting rid of about twenty stones, each about pinky-fingernail size. A different cleanse other than the boring olive oil variety.
