TransformationHealth, I just read some of the Magnesium website material and I think that I may buy a bottle of Magnesium Citrate this evening. I already eat fairly healthily and drink loads of water and also am planning to do my first Liver Flush tomorrow.

Have you tried taking Magnesium for depression? I'd love to hear your experience with it if so.
