yes, I understood that. From my mooching around subsequently, I found Clarkia . Seems to be widely considered the route to go here. Talked to my Wife about it and she told me she used to do our kids with a tincture she got from a herbalist when they were young. We lived on a farm then, so she considered it neccesary. She also figures there's not much point in doing it unless the whole family does it. So we'll do it!
