(I am analytical it does come from the heart and mind, my messages are not poetical and but blunt).

If you are happy within then you are comfortable with everything around you, you find people who come into your orbit respect this and you

What I have learnt that for most of us in family life we learn to suffer, being with people who don t truly love us and hence in our adult lives we spend alot of time equally with people that we are not entirely comfortable with themselves, this again can be mirrored in own children and for generations.
