You both have surpressed emotions, he was punished with no one to love him and you were probably neglected.

The world has dealt you both a rough hand, you were both denied the necessary attention and love and hence your frustrations erupt. In my view anger is linked closely to childhood injustices.

As things stand the eruptions and fights create drama, a distraction to the emotional upsets of the past.

Possible solutions if wanted, childhood regression, focus the anger on your parents for denying you both and then forgive them because they probably didn t know what the consequences were.

Children have a right to be protected and taught to love themselves, this is difficult, nye impossible if they (the parents) don t love themselves.
