I don't think you need advice you already know what to do.

Trust is smething that is earned and peoples behaviour must change if we are to begin to trust them. You have a choice stay or go. I know that sounds easy and change can be difficult for all of us because its scary to be alone, but better to be alone with oe's self-respect in tact, than to be in a relationship where there is no respect. I believe trust and respect go hand in glove. I f one is missing then the other is lost.
