yes i do believe that p 0 r n, and especially internet p 0 r n, can become an addiction and like all addicitons be destructive. it especially affects men because for women its different. what turns one woman on turns another off, they are very unique in their sexual turn ons. but show 99% of straight men an image of a naked beautiful woman and he is aroused. but i like your story about the st. i do think we need to understand the divine nature in the sexual energy, but it gets lost easily in this modern world, especially as you point out when sexuality is so heavily commercialized. maybe it has something to do with seeing spirit in the physical body, and specifically the female body, and not just seeing it as an object to lust after, more like pure desire? i don't know just thinking out loud.
