Nope.

#1. Betrayal is a very difficult thing to deal with. I wouldn't even bother unless I was already married to the cad and there were children involved.

#2. There's a good chance that there are more instances of cheating and that the only reason you know of this particular instance is because they slipped up and got caught.

Don't trust a cheater. They are selfish and would lie to save their own skin.
